Lured by a Mermaids Song
Dancing at the edge of the ocean
Come closer boy, the Pacific's arms are strong
They'll seduce you with their motion
Sea mists caress your face
You dance furthur from land
Her salty kiss, you taste
You feel, her unseen hand
Peaceful thoughts fill your mind
Curiosity overwelms you
Dive in boy, and you will find
Your greatest wish, come true
Take Mermaids hand and swim
Forget life above
She beckoned you from the Pacific Rim
And gives you immortal love
Her hair encompasses you
She lets go of your hand
The time has come for you to choose
The sea, or the sand
Lured by a mermaids song
Dancing deep in her sea
It did not take you long
To decide where to be

Her eyes show secrets, known to none.
Her skin adorned with shells and things
I do not know the song she sings.
Her confidance, though silent speaks.
Her soul is strong, never weak,
Her love for life lies within
And with each day, she's born-again.
